Preparing your house for Asbestos Popcorn removal

This project is a very labor-intensive process we have made this page so that you will have a realistic expectation of what is expected from you and what the process will be.

Preparing your house for Asbestos removal

NO ONE BESIDES OUR WORKERS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE WORK AREA DURING THE PROCESS

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE END OF THE JOB

(BE ADVISED THAT THERE IS A 3% FEE FOR ALL CARDS)

Due to the hazardous nature of Asbestos, the process is much more complicated and intensive.

If your ceilings contain Asbestos then the rooms where the work will be done need to be COMPLETELY empty, unless specified during the estimate.

  • Unless previously discussed with us, NO OTHER CONTRACTORS, WORKERS OR PEOPLE SHOULD ENTER THE WORK SITE DURING THE PROCESS. This process is hazardous and dirty so no one should be entering when work is going on
  • We will remove light fixtures, fire alarms, heating registers and closet doors and tracks if needed but will NOT reinstall them, unless arrangments are made in advance, we recomend getting new heating registers.
  • Make sure that the water, power, and heater are working at the house and will not be interrupted during the time we are there
  •  Payment is required at the end of the job, we will call you an hour before we finish to give you time to arrive. Please be advised that there is a 3% fee for all cards.

What to expect from start to finish
